Week 66 -The Week of Finishing Strong!

Well this past week has been the last week of the change for us! I'd say overall we finished pretty well! Elder Niela and I will be staying together so we might be able to see the end of some of the things we've been building up during this past change!

We continue teaching C. R.! He's still progressing really well and during the week he told us that while he had been feeling good with what we had been teaching, the last Sunday that he had gone to church, he really received his answer - that he had to continue coming and be a part of what he's seeing. We're really excited for him but there are a couple of complications with preparing a baptism for him because he doesn't technically live in our area - he lives in Montevideo - but he's staying with a recent convert until he can get a set place to live, so we're kind of waiting on that.   But other than that, everything is looking super good. He also came to church again

We visited Familia C. this week. We did it kind of unannounced, but as always they were super receptive. We talked about living prophets, showed a video about getting to know President Nelson to get them ready for General Conference, and then they gave us dinner out of nowhere, so it was pretty much the most clutch charla of the week!

We also had the opportunity to dedicate our own house this week which was another cool little experience from the week.

Lastly, this week also went much better for us in finding than last week, so things are moving a little better than before.

This week I'm super grateful for the opportunity we're going to have to be able to hear from the living Prophet and the other leaders of the church. Listening to their counsel and setting goals is one really basic but important way of showing the Christlike attribute of humility. May we all be ready to apply specifically the things that are taught us this coming weekend.

I love you all! Nos vemos!
