Week 81 - The week where the Lord works more miracles!!
Hey all! I don´t have as much time this week so this letter might be a little shorter! Sorry in advance.
This week the Zone Leaders gave us a goal of finding 3 new people this week by working with less active members! It worked out really well! We ended up finding 4 people by working with members and 3 more by our own work! It was a really great finding week! I hope next week to be able to talk about them a little more.
C. didn't go to church this week. We were really sad because we talked to her on Saturday night about going to church and she told us that she was going to go, so we stopped by her house after the meetings and found her at home. She said that she wasn't able to go because she had to take care of her grandmother that was in the hospital all night and the next morning too because the other family member that was going to come to be with her never showed up. Sometimes things happen, so for that reason we're sticking with her baptismal date for the 25th of January.
Also at church, N. came!!! He's the son of a less active member. He's 9 years old, and he has wanted to be baptized for awhile, but his Mom hasn't let him. Well, she came to church yesterday and our Branch President talked to her and got permission for him to be baptized on the condition that he needs to understand really well. You know what? That is fine by me! He has come to church many times and loves it, and is super excited that he can get baptized now. His baptismal date is February 1st (one day before the day I got baptized 12 years ago) and we have our fist visit with him tomorrow.
Well that's really all I've got time for now!
I love you all! Nos vemos!
